I am looking for any information I can find on Frederick Evans Fuller, Sr. His only child is my father-in-law, who was born on April 4, 1923. At that time his father was 40 years old and a US Deputy Marshall in Charleston, WV. He would have died in 1928 or 1929. Is there some way that perhaps his employment application or record could be located? I have not as yet found him in the 1920 census. I was told that he was buried in Charleston, but no cemetery record has been found. His wife was Frances Kellermann of St. Louis

On her marriage certificate she married Hiram Elders in Webster County July 10, 1931. I checked the Kanawha Birth Records on the web site. She was not listed. Where children born out of wedlock not registered?
