I am looking for my gr- grandfather, his name is Charles Jackson and was born around 1870. I do not know anything about him as he and my gr-grandmother was not married. Her name was Lettie Lowe. Lettie's mother Nancy Lowe and John Lowe, her father raised Lester Joseph Jackson. Lester Joseph changed his name around 1920 to Lester Joseph Lowe. The will of her uncle Samuel F Warren lists an address of 210 Pennsylvania Ave, Charleston WVa in his will. The will was written and revised between 1942-1949. Her parents were Alfred Anschutz b.
