Am seeking Family of James Morgan Pierson, born ?Jackson county in 1841.Parents listed on marriage record as Simon and Sarah Pierson. Searchesfor Simon and Sarh in Jackson, Wood, and Wirt have not located them.Simon could be middle name. I know that Pierson families existed inKanawha County in this time frame from Census data. Trying to find parents/siblings of Andrew Jackson BUTLER (b. abt. 1835).Birthplace listed as either Lewis or Kanawah Counties. Three BUTLERfamilies appear on the 1830 Nicholas Co. census. They all also appear onthe 1840 Braxton County census. All three had sons of the correct age tohave been Andrew Jackson. The fathers of these BUTLER families wereBenjamin, Jeremiah, and Joseph. DARLING - I am seeking information on the Charles Darling family, wholived on Maple Terrace in Charleston. They lived there in the early1940s. My husband Leroy Morgan Darling graduated from Charleston HighSchool in January 1942. I am interested in obtaining information abouthis mother and father. His father died before Morgan and I were marriedand his mother, Anna Graham Darling, soon after. Morgan was killed in anauto accident in 1953. We had two children. His brother Robert died inthe Navy in WWII, his brother Charles H. married Mozelle (?), and hissister, Louise, married John Glover. I know their father, Charles,worked at a laundry and died of T.B.Any information you might be able to give me would be greatlyappreciated. I want to find out about the Darlings to pass on to mychildren. Thank you.

I am researching the STARCHER family lines with HUMPHREY STARCHER,born 7/2/1831 in either Lewis or Kanawha county. He married LevinaMurphy 3/14/1867 in Roane Co. Humphrey's parents were ABRAHAM &ELIZABETHNUTTER STARCHER married in Lewis Co. 7/18/1819. I need to locateAbraham's census records to determine the rest of his children andpossibly who Abraham's parents were. I have been unable to locateAbraham or Humphrey in the 1860 or 1870.

I am looking for information on the Charles B. and anna Graham Darlingfamily, They had four children: Charles Henry. Louise, Leroy Morgan, andRobert. Robert was killed in WWII.
