Bob Allen

I am trying to communicate with anybody interested in the genealogy of William ALLEN (C.1750-18??) who married Mary __?__ in Augusta Co., VA or Rockbridge Co., VA and who was living in Kanawha Co., VA by 1797. It is possible that he is the same William ALLEN who is listed as a taxpayer in 1792. He does not show up in the 1810 census or the 1820 census. There is a William ALLEN with wife Lucy STARK of Mason Co., VA (WV) who deeded property located in Kanawha Co., VA to Cluadius Buster in 1810. Could this be the same William ALLEN? 6:28 AM 3/2/98
