COIL - KILE BIBLE RECORDS

 The following is a transcription of the George and Mary Conrad Coil’s Family Bible.

George Coil is the son of George and Hannah Coil of South Branch, grandson of Valentine “Felty” and Margaret Coil. Mary is the daughter of Jacob and Hannah Conrad, granddaughter to Jacob Conrad Sr.

 On the 8th of November 1811, Jacob Conrad presented to his daughter, Mary Conrad a bible. The following is a transcription of the presentation:

 “This bible is the property of Jacob Conrad, of which he makes a present to his daughter Mary and after him and his descendants, George Coiles presents to his children, this 8th day of November 1811 by me Jacob Conrad.” (script)

 MARRIAGES

 Jacob Conrad married the first time to Hannah Bogerd 1766 and the No.2 time the 20 of December 1808 to Barbara Propst.

 Abraham Kile was married to Milla Swartley the 9 of November 1825.

Married the 2 time to Susannah Hammer 11 November 1830.

 Zebulon Kile and Mary Hevner was married May the 31st, 1837.
