This photo is of the Cairo Blacksmith, William L. Collins. This picture was donated to me by his grandaughters, Ruth Hill Kinsworthy and Billie Hill Marlow. His statistics are: November 18, 1863 to December 17th, 1953. His wife, Lydia Hardman (daughter of G.W. Hardman) Collins is buried in the Cairo IOOF Cemetery and she passed away in 1910.
