Grace Ayers

Grace Beatrice Ayers, 87, formerly of Aurora, WV and East McKeesport, PA, passed away at Scalabrini Villa, North Kingstown, RI on March 1, 2007. She was born November 19, 1919 in Aurora, WV a daughter of the late George & Ada Teets Wotring. She was preceded in death by her husband Troy A. Ayers. She is survived by 2 sons, Truman A. Ayers of Rising Sun, MD and Randall B. Ayers of Warwick, RI, 1 daughter Anna May Sisler, Aurora, WV, 1 brother William Wotring of Arthurdale, WV, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Mrs. Ayers worked as a housekeeper. She was involved with the Cornerstone Adult Day Care.

Friends will be received at Hinkle Funeral Home, Davis, WV on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 10 A.M. Interment will follow in Aurora Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Scalabrini Villa, 860 N. Quidnessett Rd., North Kingstown, RI 02852. Hinkle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
