Keith Richard Evans, 71, of Parsons, died Nov. 20, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 25, 1933, the only child of Elmer Keith and Odessa Florence Henline Evans.
He was never married and had no children.
He is survived by one uncle Charles Evans of Leadmine; one aunt Orpha Dove of Thomas and several cousins.
He was a farmer and protestant by faith.
Friends were received at Hinkle Funeral Home on Nov. 22. Funeral services were held at the funeral home chapel on Nov. 23 with Rev. Neil Parsons. Interment followed in Shaffertown Cemetery, Leadmine.
Charles Harmon, Sr.
Charles Lee "Bob" Harmon, Sr., 73, of Romulus, Mich, died Oct. 19, at home.
He was born May 17, 1931 in Thomas, a son of the late Harper and Patience (Lease) Harman. Survivors include one daughter Shirley "Robin" Gurley of Mich; two sons Tony (and Cher) Harmon and Cahrles (and Kim) Harmon, Jr., all of Mich; two sisters Joyce (and Larry) Sprietzer of Nevada and Jeanette (and Jim) Simkins of S.C.; three brothers Kenneth (and Regina) Harmon of Oklahoma, Buddy R (and Liz) Harmon of Kentucky and David (and Gladys) Harmon of California; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Marie Umlah; one son John Robert Harmon and one granddaughter Samantha Maye Breeding.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and late worked for the railroad.
He was cremated and services were private.
