Wyoming Vital Statistics Service Program Vital records include birth, death, stillbirth, marriage and divorce documents. These records are initially registered with the registrar of the county in which the occurrence took place and then are presented to the state office to be filed. Birth and death records are on file since July 1909. Marriage and divorce records are on file since May 1941. Look to the county in question for earlier dates. "Family Tree" and other historical requests may be obtained after fifty (50) years from the date of the event.
