  • Birth and Death certificates, Marriage and Divorce records. Click on the title of this section, and it will take you to the Wyoming State Vital Records information page.
    State office has birth and death records since July 1909.
    State office has had divorce and marriage records since May1941.
    If the records are not available at the State office, they should be available from the Clerk of District Court in the county where the divorce was granted or the license was issued.
